Gorgeous brass door knob set with rosettes and a split spindle. This style of spindle is intended for use in a mortise lock with a night latch function, allowing one to exit and the door remains locked behind them. And to get that great patina, we used decades.
YALE and 226 are stamped on the inside of the rosettes.
Condition is good. There's some slight denting in the knobs and wear on the surfaces.
