This handsome, rebuilt, steel, rim lock set goes on the outside of the door, so no mortising necessary! Key, strike, and knob set make this ready-to-install deal.
The doorknobs are slightly different but measure the same, and the strike is not original. Some wear on surface, mostly some old paint here and there.
